VIP Packages are designed to give you more access, more flexibility and more short, informal support between sessions.

All Tiers feature VIP hours of 8am-7pm, unlimited email and WhatsApp support, reserved bookings and flexible no-penalty cancellations.

Below is a summary of the 3 available Tiers – scroll down further for more detailed feature information.

My core session days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If this is too limiting for you, a VIP Package gives you the option of sessions on any weekday (Tier 1), or even on Saturdays (Tier 2) or Sundays (Tier 3).

Regular clients can choose from Core hours (11am-4pm) or Extended hours (9am-6pm). On a VIP Package (all Tiers) you get an extended contact window of 8am-7pm on any day covered by your package.

This means you can book a session or arrange a short informal call anytime between 8am and 7pm inclusive (i.e. sessions to conclude by 7pm), subject to availability.

A VIP Package includes 4, 5 or 6 hours of long-form calls in which we deep dive into your writing issues with EFT.

These hours can be configured any way you want, up to 2 hours per call maximum.

Suppose you book an hour’s session and we reach a natural break point after 45 minutes. We can stop the clock there and use the remaining 15 minutes on another call. Or perhaps you want to spend an extra half hour on the issue – you can do that too.

As well as the long-form Zoom calls, a VIP Package gives you 100, 150 or 200 minutes of informal call time with me. These calls can be by Zoom or Phone to suit your preference.

• – Want to talk through how you’re feeling about a specific piece of writing you’re working on?
• – Just got an insight into a limiting belief that you want me to know about?
• – Need someone to talk to about the fantastic / terrible thing that just happened with your agent?

All these scenarios and more can be catered for using your  Short Call Minutes.

If I’m available (not on a client call) I’ll jump on a call with you right then. If I’m busy I’ll get back to you as soon as I can the same day.

As a VIP client you can message me via Email or WhatsApp at any time of day or night.

If your message arrives between 8am and 7pm I will acknowledge it as soon as I see it and, if possible, respond the same day.

If it arrives outside the contact window I will get to it the next day. (I turn off my work phone overnight, so you never have to worry about bothering me.)

This aspect of the service allows you to ask questions or share ideas the moment you think of them, instead of having to save them up and remember them for your next session.

If you have specific time slots you prefer on particular days, I reserve those time slots for you to prevent them being booked by other clients, up to 3 weeks ahead.

And if your plans change so you can’t make that slot after all, no problem – just let me know and we’ll reschedule.

For VIP clients, on all Tiers, I waive my usual 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that if something comes up on the day of your booking you can cancel and reschedule with no penalty – just reschedule when it’s convenient.

Just as a courtesy though, please try to let me know at least an hour in advance, if possible.

I limit the number of VIP clients to a maximum of 4 clients across all Tiers.

This is to ensure that I can maximise my availability and flexibility for those 4 clients.
