VIP Packages

VIP Packages are designed to give you more access, more flexibility and more intensive contact than regular sessions.

All Tiers include VIP contact window of 8am-8pm for either long-form EFT sessions or informal contact.

Also included on all Tiers is unlimited email and WhatsApp support.

My core session days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If this is too limiting for you, a VIP Package gives you the option of sessions on any weekday (Tier 1), or even on Saturdays (Tier 2) or Sundays (Tier 3).

Regular clients can choose from Core hours (10am-5pm) or Extended hours (9am-7pm). On a VIP Package (all Tiers) you get an extended contact window of 8am-8pm on any day covered by your package. This means you can book a session or arrange a short informal call anytime between 8am and 8pm inclusive, subject to availability.

A VIP package includes 4, 5 or 6 hours of long-form calls in which we deep dive into your writing issues with EFT. These hours can be configured any way you want, up to 2 hours per call maximum. Suppose you book an hour’s session and we get done, or reach a natural break point after 45 minutes. We can stop the clock there and use the remaining 15 minutes on another call. Or perhaps you want to spend an extra half hour on the issue – you can do that too.

As well as the long-form Zoom calls, a VIP Package gives you 100, 150 or 200 minutes of informal call time with me. These calls can be by Zoom or Phone to suit your preference.

If I’m available (not on a client call) I’ll jump on a call with you right then. If I’m busy I’ll get back to you as soon as I can the same day.

As a VIP client you can message me via Email or WhatsApp at any time of day or night.

If your message arrives between 8am and 8pm and I’m not with another client, I will acknowledge it straightaway and, if possible, respond the same day.

If it arrives outside the contact window I will get to it the next day. (I turn off my work phone overnight, so you never have to worry about bothering me.)

This aspect of the service allows you to ask questions or share ideas the moment you think of them, instead of having to save them up and remember them for your next session.
